Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: ETG excepts cash, check, and credit cards. If you'd like to
establish credit with ETG we can fax or email you a credit
application.
Q: Does ETG deliver?
A: ETG delivers through out the state of Tennessee. On large
deliveries we may use drop shipping straight from the manufacturer
to save in shipping costs to the customer.
Q: Does ETG stock these materials?
A: At ETG we stock most of our material. Silt fencing, erosion
control blanket, and construction fabric is kept in stock and ready
for shipment (usually the same day depending on the distance from
the warehouse and the quantity needed). Call us about special
order items to get the most up to date lead time on material
shipment and availability.
Q: Can I pick my materials up at the
warehouse?
A: At ETG we welcome ours customers to come by and pick up
their orders. Our store hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM
to 5:00PM, and we're located conveniently right off I-75.
Q: What if I don't find the item I
need on the website?
A: Give us a call. We're constantly updating our website with
new materials, and there's a safe bet that we just haven't added
what you need to the site yet.
Q: Do you offer "lunch and learns?"
A: Yes. If you're an architect or engineering firm looking for
information on all the latest stormwater management solutions then
we invite you to give us a call today to set up a "lunch and learn"
for your firm (Note: lunch and learns are only offered within
the state of Tennessee).
Q: Are you a DBE
(Disadvantaged Business Enterprise)?
A: Yes. ETG is a certified with the Tennessee Uniform
Certification Program. You can use ETG towards your DBE goals
on TDOT (Tennessee Department of Transportation) and Tennessee
Airport Authority projects.
